This event was selected at the 2011 Food and Wine Festival.
Join Monsieur Truffe (Thibault Fregoni) when he opens the doors of his bean-to-bar chocolate factory for a unique opportunity to see how chocolate is made, from cocoa roasting to conching. See and understand the process of making chocolate from the bean, including a chocolate appreciation workshop, discovering a selection of single origin chocolates and tasting Monsieur Truffe’s inimitable hot chocolate.
At Monsieur Truffe new cafe: 351 Lygon st, east Brunswick
The event generally goes for two hours and can be customized for your private or corporate function.
One hour will be to go through the factory and one hour will be an Chocolate appreciation/tasting workshop.
This event can be accommodated for groups of 15 to 25 attendees.
